-School Health Update
Things seem to be leveling off with illnesses. The main culprits continue to be a short viral infection with a fever and some stomach bugs. Please make sure you are following our health policy when you keep your children home, and make sure you thank our wonderful office ladies for caring for the students when they aren't feeling well!

-Volunteer Sign-Up
Please consider signing up for one of our many volunteer opportunities. These allow us to offer things that we could not without your help. Specifically, we will be looking for people to help with our first "teacher appreciation lunch" later this month (scroll down to the bottom of the sign-up if that sounds like it's up your alley). We also still need people to sign up to assist with Grandparents' Day; it's still over a month away, but it will be here before you know it!

-Message from Preschool
We learned this week of God's great love through the lesson of the first sin. This lesson teaches us the first time God promised to send His Son Jesus to save us from our sins!

-Message from 2nd Grade
Second graders will be completing their Fall Service Project next week by planting flower bulbs around church and school. If you can donate tulip or daffodil bulbs to this project, feel free to drop them off in the office or classroom anytime this week.

In Christ,

Bill Fuerstenau, Principal
