Emanuel Lutheran School's Annual Pizza Fundraiser

Who doesn’t like a good pizza? On November 4, teachers, parents, and other volunteers will join in a fun day of pizza-making in the gym to raise funds for Emanuel Lutheran School. Due to the success of Emanuel’s pizza fundraiser in the past, Emanuel has decided to limit the school’s fundraising efforts to two fundraisers this year (pizza & ButterBraid). The fundraiser and pizza-making day is quite a process well organized by a company called PizzaPros from Green Bay. We need many volunteers to make this fundraiser a success! Volunteers are needed on November 4th to assemble pizzas, package orders, and clean up. Students in grades 5-8 may come and help if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The fundraiser requires over 100 volunteers for the day of the event, so please sign up to help if you are available. You can sign up in the school office or via the button below. It will be a time of fun and fellowship as we work together to benefit our students and our school.

How can students and families help? We need people to buy our delicious homemade pizzas! We don't want you to "pound the pavement" and go door to door, but if relatives and friends would like pizzas in their freezers, you can get their orders along with your own. Facebook is also a great tool for getting the word out there; just ask your parents to make a post and watch those orders roll in! You can put those orders on your family's order form if you are picking all of them up together. All household orders must be picked up together- we cannot split out individual orders for customers. Orders must be picked up by whoever is listed on the order form. If someone would like to order and pick up their own pizzas, please have them fill out a separate order form.

Pizza orders are made using the order form in the school office and can be turned in at any time, on or before Friday, October 20. Payment is required with the order. Thank you for helping to make the 2023 pizza fundraiser a SUCCESS!
